🔹 Cancellation policy

予約変更やキャンセルの条件を定めたルール。お客様と会社の両方にとって合理的である必要がある。
例文:
“Our hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations.”

🔹 Charter

ツアーやバス・船などを、特定のグループが貸切利用すること。
例文:
“The company chartered a bus for 40 employees to attend the conference.”

🔹 Circle trip

出発地に戻る形で複数都市を回る旅行ルート。
例文:
“I organized a circle trip covering Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.”

🔹 City guide

都市部のみで活動するガイド。観光地の歴史や文化を説明する役割。
例文:
“Our city guide explained the history of the old town in great detail.”

🔹 Closeout

ツアーやクルーズなどの催行が締め切られ、新しい予約を受け付けない状態。
例文:
“The tour is already on closeout, so no more bookings are available.”

🔹 Coach tour

決められた行程に沿って、バスで観光する団体ツアー。
例文:
“I joined a coach tour that visited five UNESCO heritage sites.”

🔹 Commercial rate

ホテルと企業の間で合意された特別料金。法人契約で一定の客室を提供する。
例文:
“Our company benefits from a commercial rate agreement with the hotel.”

🔹 Complimentary room

無料で提供される客室。多くの場合、添乗員やドライバー用。
例文:
“The driver stayed in a complimentary room provided by the hotel.”

🔹 Computer reservation systems (CRS)

航空会社やホテルが在庫管理・予約処理を行うシステム。旅行代理店が直接アクセスできる。
例文:
“I used a CRS daily to check availability and issue tickets.”

🔹 Concierge

ホテルで、ゲストのレストラン予約や観光手配などを担当するスタッフ。
例文:
“The concierge helped us book theatre tickets and a city tour.”
